1. Services
We provide wellness treatments, massage therapies and holistic wellness sessions. Services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
All payments are for one-off services unless otherwise specified in writing. We do not provide subscription-based services or recurring billing unless agreed under a separate contract.
3. Pricing
Prices for services are listed in HK$, JPY, and USD and are subject to change without prior notice. All service prices include consumption tax.
4. Payments
Payments are accepted via credit card, cash, or online transfer. Full payment or an agreed deposit is required before confirming the booking. Prepaid services are non-refundable and must be used within their validity period.
5. Appointments
Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person. Clients are requested to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment duration, with full charges still applying. For cancellations or rescheduling, please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must disclose any health conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence or engaging in inappropriate behavior. Services are strictly for wellness and relaxation; misconduct will lead to immediate termination without refund.
7. Health & Safety
Clients must comply with hygiene and safety protocols. If unwell or experiencing contagious symptoms, clients should reschedule. Pregnant clients must consult their physician and notify the therapist in advance.
8. Promotions
Promotional offers cannot be combined unless specified. Memberships are non-transferable and apply only to the registered member.
9. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for injuries, adverse effects, or losses resulting from services if health or allergy conditions were not disclosed by the client.
- Results may vary depending on individual conditions, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
- Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
10. Privacy
We collect personal data solely for appointment management and service delivery. Personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law. By using our services or website, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong SAR. All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hong Kong.
