2. Completed Services

  • Once a treatment or service has been fully carried out, it is considered delivered and not eligible for a refund
  • Results may vary depending on individual factors such as skin type, condition, and aftercare
  • Dissatisfaction with results alone does not qualify for a refund

3. Deposits and Prepayments

To secure an appointment, a deposit or advance payment may be required.

  • Deposits are non-refundable by default
  • If rescheduled within the allowed notice period, the deposit may be transferred to a new booking
  • Deposits may be forfeited in cases of late cancellation or no-shows

This policy ensures fair allocation of appointment slots.
