At Korocare, we offer a range of beauty and wellness services, including Gel Nail Art, Relaxing Body Massage, Bridal Makeup Package, Classic Facial Glow, and Luxury Hair Spa.
As these services are personalized and time-based, all payments made are generally non-refundable, except in specific situations outlined in this policy.
2. Completed Services
- Once a treatment or service has been fully carried out, it is considered delivered and not eligible for a refund
- Results may vary depending on individual factors such as skin type, condition, and aftercare
- Dissatisfaction with results alone does not qualify for a refund
3. Deposits and Prepayments
To secure an appointment, a deposit or advance payment may be required.
- Deposits are non-refundable by default
- If rescheduled within the allowed notice period, the deposit may be transferred to a new booking
- Deposits may be forfeited in cases of late cancellation or no-shows
This policy ensures fair allocation of appointment slots.

- We are not liable for reactions caused by undisclosed conditions

- If a treatment is deemed unsuitable during consultation, an alternative may be recommended
- A credit or refund may be offered at our discretion
