SERVICE DELIVERY POLICY
This Service Delivery Policy governs how spa services are provided to customers of Equiaspa.
1. Appointment and Service Delivery
Services will be delivered at the scheduled appointment time at our designated spa location unless otherwise arranged.
2. Arrival Time
Customers must arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time to allow for registration and preparation.
3. Late Arrivals
If you are late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid impacting other customers’ appointments, and the full service fee will still apply.
4. Therapist Availability
All treatments are subject to therapist availability and may be reallocated in case of unforeseen circumstances.
5. Service Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse service if a customer is deemed unfit for treatment due to health, hygiene, or behavioral reasons.
