This Service Delivery Policy explains how Korocare provides and manages its appointment-based beauty and wellness services.

At Korocare, we provide a range of in-person beauty and wellness treatments, including Gel Nail Art, Relaxing Body Massage, Bridal Makeup Package, Classic Facial Glow, and Luxury Hair Spa.

As our services are appointment-based and do not involve physical product shipping, “delivery” refers to how bookings are scheduled, managed, and fulfilled at our premises.

2. Booking Confirmation Process

  • Confirmation will be sent via email, SMS, or WhatsApp after booking
  • An appointment is secured only after confirmation and successful payment (if required)
  • Bookings without confirmation should not be considered finalized

3. Provision of Services

  • All treatments are performed in person at our designated location unless otherwise stated
  • Services are delivered at the scheduled date and time
  • Session duration may vary depending on the selected treatment and individual needs
  • Services may be adjusted during consultation to ensure suitability

4. Arrival and Timing Guidelines

  • Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment
  • Late arrival may result in a shortened session or rescheduling

This helps maintain smooth scheduling for all clients.

5. Rescheduling and Appointment Changes

  • At least 48 hours’ notice is required for changes
  • We will try to accommodate your preferred time based on availability
  • Late requests may be treated as cancellations

6. Missed Appointments and No-Shows

  • Failure to attend without notice may result in loss of deposit
  • Partial or full service charges may apply

7. Service Availability and Operational Changes

  • All services depend on staff, equipment, and scheduling availability
  • We may reschedule or cancel due to operational or unforeseen circumstances

If this occurs, we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative appointment.
